Two groups of patients, one consisting of 6 patients and the second of 14 patients were treated on regimen I i.e. oral glucose, vitamins B and C and steroid-Prednisolone 5 mg t.i.d. and regimen II, i.e. oral glucose, vitamins B and C, steroid along wit
